Change Is Happening…

Building a reputation and brand as an organisation rooted in excellence does not happen overnight. For the past 18 years Westbrook has been quietly and consistently delivering impressive results for our clients and we are immensely proud of our well-earned Trusted Advisor standing.

As we look forward with optimism, we are equally proud of our ability to evolve and grow in line with the industry, our customers’ needs, and the exciting innovative technologies being brought to market. We’ve made a number of updates to the business in the past 5 months to update our leadership team and solution offering.  Now I am immensely delighted to reveal our vibrant new website and livery that better reflects the diverse and talented team of individuals that power the Westbrook brand today.

I’m particularly pleased that our new website showcases the individuals behind the Westbrook brand – reflecting unique skills and talents.  It’s these exceptional individuals’ dedication to excellence that has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in the industry, and we are proud that the majority of our customers come back to us time and again, citing their core reason as their positive experience and product satisfaction.

Westbrook’s differentiator is, and always has been, its exceptional delivery skill. Our customers report that we are genuinely great at understanding their needs, translating that into a technology solution that maximises the benefits of Salesforce for their business, and then delivering the implementation to a high standard in close collaboration with their team. Our new www.westbrook.co.uk now reflects that level of quality and innovation and will be our platform to share our news and success.

Adjusting to a post-Covid economy has meant that for many of our industry peers the first quarter of 2023 has been plagued by negative news and difficult choices. As a new CEO I am grateful that I have not had to make any such tough decisions and in sharp contrast, have been able to share news of new appointments, new partnerships and new business investment.

Some things will remain the same – Westbrook’s expertise in technology; consulting ability; industry experience; Salesforce proficiency; and customer satisfaction.  Westbrook will continue to focus on Salesforce Field Service; Marketing; Experience Cloud; CRM; and of course seamless integration through MuleSoft. We will also continue to deliver solutions for customers in Manufacturing, Health & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail and Not for Profit. We will also do all of this with sustainability at the heart of how we run our business and the solutions we deliver for our customers.
